Detroit Edison PSCR Factor update
Detroit Edison has issued Power Supply Cost Recovery (PSCR) Factors for 2007. The new factor has increased to 0.869 ¢/kWh, which includes 2006 under recoveries. However, this does not include 2005 under recoveries which will be added later in 2007. The addition of 2005 under recoveries will add an additional 0.35 ¢/kWh for 12 consecutive months starting in June or July 2007.
