Maryland

The four Maryland utilities (Pepco, BG&E, Delmarva and Allegheny Power) held a procurement to set default prices for Type II customers  – between 25 kilowatts (kW) and 600 kW – for March 1, 2010 to May 31, 2010. The utilities have filed their rates with the Maryland Public Service Commission, and most customers will see their prices decrease slightly from the amount they are currently paying.
