How to switch your business' electric generation supplier

Once you select FirstEnergy Solutions Corp. as your company's electric generation supplier, we will guide you through the enrollment process. 

We will conduct a thorough analysis of your company's historical usage to gain an understanding of how your company used electricity.

After we apply our knowledge and expertise of the energy industry to what we learn about your company, we will present our results to you. Then we will make specific product recommendations aimed to meet your company objectives. 

When you approve of and agree to our proposal, with your authorization, we will communicate with your local utility company and your current electric generation supplier to ensure your switch to FirstEnergy Solutions as your electric generation supplier.

Please note that your local utility company will continue to deliver electricity to you, regardless of the electric generation supplier you choose. You should continue to contact your local utility company if you have any questions about billing, power interruptions, meters, wires, equipment, or repairs.
